This Data Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Education@Work, Inc. (“EAW,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information when you use the EAW website at assistance.edatwork.com (the "Site"), including all content, information, and functionality available through the Site, and any other EAW products, services, or offerings (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”). This Data Privacy Policy does not apply to the handling of EAW employee information or the handling of personal information collected in the context of business transactions with EAW.

By using our Services, including the Site, you signify your acceptance of the terms of this Data Privacy Policy as they may be amended from time to time. This Data Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Services in general and of which this Privacy Policy is a part.
